Job Title: Operational Delivery Manager

Lorien is seeking an experienced Operational Delivery Manager to join their team. This is a 6-month contract initially, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role:

  • This is a key role within the technology modernisation programme, responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in building and maintaining high-level plans.
  • The successful candidate will lead RAID management across the programme, ensuring that risks, issues, dependencies are properly managed and accurate records are being maintained.
  • They will own resource management across the programme, coordinating fortnightly programme status reporting and producing summary information and progress charts.
  • Managing finances and SOWs.

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
