Clinical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at HealthHero Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist to work with us on a part-time basis.

Job Summary:

  • To carry out Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage of client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways.
  • To deliver a range of support in our Pathway, which involves Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support or Booked Single Sessions via telephone and/or video calls.
  • To manage a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling, depending on contractual hours and service needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 full days per week, with at least 1 day based in Bracknell (office-based).
  • Part-time role is pro-rata salary.
  • Qualification as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with BACP registered status.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Salary Range: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
