We are recruiting a skilled Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our EAP Clinical Team on a part-time basis. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to clients.
About the Job- Key responsibilities include conducting Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage of client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways.
- You will also deliver a range of support through our Pathway, including Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support or Booked Single Sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 days per week commitment, with at least one day based in-office in Bracknell. Part-time hours are pro-rata salary.
Requirements- Able to work as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with BACP registered status.
- Strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in EAP/telephone Counselling or time-limited assessment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Fully qualified professionals welcome.
- 22 days leave, Bank holidays, and your birthday off (pro-rata).
- Supervision covered up to 2 hours per month (pro-rata).
