We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a specialist school in Bracknell. In this role, you will support students aged 8 to 18 with mental health and behavioural needs, working closely with experienced therapists and psychologists to implement therapeutic strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or vulnerable adults, be resilient and adaptable, and possess a genuine interest in mental health and supporting young people.

**About the Role:**

  • Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development through tailored interventions
  • Assisting the class teacher in managing behaviour and providing a safe learning environment
  • Working alongside experienced therapists and psychologists to implement therapeutic strategies

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary: £83 - £95 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Long-term temporary contract with potential for permanent opportunities
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
