We're seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Young Person's Mentor. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing support and guidance to our residents, aged 16 and above, in a compassionate and caring home environment.

About the Role
  • To provide exceptional person-centred and innovative support when and where it is needed
  • To adopt and provide "Trauma-Informed Support"
  • To build supportive, trusting, and positive relationships with young people

You'll work closely with our team to provide daily living skills support, help our residents develop resilience and manage adverse experiences, and ensure they receive all housing and welfare benefits they're entitled to.
