Life Skills Coach

We are seeking an experienced life skills coach to join our team at Storyy Group.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by providing one-to-one support and guidance to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to young people, helping them to set and achieve their goals.
  • Work with young people to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Support young people in developing their daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and time management.
  • Build positive relationships with young people, based on trust, respect, and empathy.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure that young people receive the best possible support.
  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
