About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker in Ascot, Bracknell, Camberley, Wokingham, and surrounding areas.

Salary and Benefits:

\

As a Home Care Support Worker, you can expect a guaranteed income contract with hourly pay rates of £13 for basic hours, £15 for premium rate mornings, and £17 for evening shifts. You will also receive paid mileage at 45p per mile, paid travel time between clients, and opportunities for overtime.

Job Description:

This is a full-time role that involves supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes. You will work Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. We offer comprehensive training, mentoring, and support to ensure your success in this rewarding role.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be over 18, have good English skills, and a kind, reliable nature. Experience in care settings is beneficial but not essential.
