Pastoral Support Assistant Opportunity

The successful candidate will work closely with students and teachers to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, delivering tailored support and guidance to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic growth and confidence in students aged 11-16.
- Collaborate with class teachers to identify and address individual student needs, developing strategies and interventions to overcome challenges and promote resilience.
- Engage with students, building strong relationships and empowering them to take ownership of their learning journey.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive and supportive team culture, sharing best practices and collaborating with colleagues to drive student success.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
