We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Success Coach to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bracknell. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs, providing individualized support and accommodations to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students' diverse learning needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special education support are desirable.
