Student Advocate

beBee Professionals in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Student Advocate to support students with special educational needs. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

• Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized education plans for students with SEN.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students' academic and emotional needs are met.
• Support the implementation of IEPs and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Prior experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish trust with students are critical qualities for success in this role.
• Candidates with relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are preferred.

We offer a competitive salary package of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.
