Job Description

We are seeking a Student Development Officer to join our team, supporting students aged 8-18 in a nurturing and structured environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills through targeted interventions.
2. Collaborate with teachers to manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
3. Work with experienced therapists and psychologists to integrate evidence-based therapeutic strategies into daily practice.
4. Build strong relationships with students, helping them develop essential life skills and resilience.
