Job Overview

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join their rehabilitation team at Heathlands Bracknell. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.

About the Role

This Band 6 OT position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a caseload that varies due to referrals from Frimley Park Hospital and other sites. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to clinical education and support within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Practice: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with complex medical and social needs.
  • Education and Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for staff and students, promoting best practice and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and effective discharge planning.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration.
  • Skills: Ability to work autonomously, manage workload and prioritize tasks, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, effective communication and collaboration.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
