This role is part of the global team tasked with identifying and cultivating new funding partnerships and strengthening existing ones to support our strategic goals. The post holder will engage with European, Asian and North American government and foundation donors to mobilise resources for ten multi-sector profit and not-for-profit agencies of the development network operating across Asia and Africa.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying a salary of £52,000 per annum with flexible working arrangements between home and their London office.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding and knowledge of the European/Asian donor landscape to support programmes internationally. They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in resource mobilisation and developing relationships, including direct experience with European (EU/EC, Germany, Switzerland, UK) or Asian donors or North American (USAID, GAC) donors.

Responsibilities

  1. Engage with European, Asian and North American government and foundation donors to mobilise resources for ten multi-sector profit and not-for-profit agencies of the development network operating across Asia and Africa.
  2. Identify and cultivate new funding partnerships and strengthen existing ones to support our strategic goals.
  3. Report and maintain relations with select grants implementing across network themes and geographies in close collaboration with field units, global teams, and our partners.
