Job Title: Customer Experience Manager - Luxury Automotive OEM

We are recruiting a Customer Experience Manager to join a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Whitley. This is a contract position for 35 weeks, and the ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Customer Services operations and key areas within the supply chain & logistics business.

About the Role:
  • Adapt to a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment whilst displaying positivity, agility, and resilience.
  • Work closely with the IT department to implement and deploy new customer services processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
