Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in South West London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in field sales, with a strong ability to model our company values and purpose.

Responsibilities
  1. Role model our Company Values / Purpose.
  2. Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
  3. Grow and retain customers delivering profitable volume growth Vs targets.
  4. Effectively partner your customers to understand their plans for growth, adding value, offering a wide range of practical solutions and products.
  5. Understand competitor activity & proposals, ensuring you are always offering your customers the best local solutions.
  6. Work pro-actively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.
