Senior Children's Services Manager

Olive Branch Fostering is a leading fostering service dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to children in need. As the Senior Children's Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of experienced social workers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services to our foster families and children.
This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including generous annual leave and a refer-a-friend scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver high-quality care and services to foster families and children
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, assess, and approve foster carers, presenting written reports and undertaking independent visits
- Develop and implement training programs to support foster carers in delivering exceptional care and services
- Dip SW/CQSW/Social Work Degree
- Current SWE registration
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in children's services and foster care delivery
