Social Work Supervising Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled social work professional to join our team as an agency supervising social worker. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting approved foster carers, assessing special guardians, and working collaboratively with child social workers to achieve permanence. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of support plans for special guardians and foster carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to foster carers to help them provide high-quality care.
- Assess special guardians and develop support plans to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with child social workers to achieve permanence through fostering or special guardianship.
Requirements:
Must have a social work qualification and registration with Social Work Wales. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
