Fostering Service Supervisor

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Supervising Social Worker to join our fostering service in Swansea. This is a full-time opportunity, but part-time applications may be considered for condensed working weeks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying a caseload of foster carers and participating in duty rota as required. Hybrid working is available, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.
Job Description
- Carry a caseload of foster carers
- Participate in duty rota as required
- Visit foster carers on a regular basis
Requirements
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales or Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS and registered on the update service
- Driving license with access to a car
