Locum Social Services Supervisor

We are looking for an exceptional Caseworker to join our team in Cardiff, South Wales. As a key member of our social work team, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising foster carers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children in care.
In this role, you will work closely with our fostering service, building relationships with foster carers, children, and other stakeholders. Your expertise in social work will be invaluable in developing and implementing care plans, making decisions about placement stability, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and effective communication skills. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, communicate complex information clearly, and maintain accurate records.
A minimum salary of £43 per hour via umbrella company will be offered, along with benefits including free on-site training sessions, refer-a-friend scheme, loyalty bonus, and wellbeing sessions.
