The successful candidate will have a Social Work Qualification and valid Social Work Wales registration. They will be responsible for assessing family needs, developing individualized plans, and providing ongoing support.

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and home-based admin duties. The salary for this role is £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience. This equates to approximately £50,000-£60,000 per year for a 20-hour week.
