Employment Opportunity:
Hoop Social Work is hiring a skilled social work professional to fill the position of Child Protection Specialist. This role involves working closely with children who have been in care, providing guidance and support to students and staff. As a successful applicant, you will have a strong background in social work, be registered with Social Care Wales or Social Work England, and hold an enhanced DBS certification.

Key Responsibilities:
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will undertake complex cases, supervise students, and provide support to colleagues. Your ability to communicate effectively and think critically will be valuable assets in this position. Additionally, you will need to arrange packages of care and manage high-risk situations. For success in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
We offer a highly competitive hourly rate of £43 per hour, in accordance with the All Wales Pledge. Our benefits package includes twice-weekly payrolls, free on-site training sessions, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
