About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a new service that will support graduate students in finding accommodation within the University and across all colleges.

The Collegiate Accommodation Service Manager will work closely with Accommodation Managers in colleges and the Graduate Accommodation Service to ensure that students can find suitable accommodation when their own college is full.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the service and improve the student experience
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to develop strong working relationships and ensure effective communication
  • Reporting to college and University committees on the performance of the service and proposing ideas for growth and improvement
  • Developing robust standards and KPIs to measure the success of the service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A thorough understanding of student accommodation and the challenges faced by students
  • The motivation to pick up the service in its pilot stages and grow it in line with the needs of the University and its colleges
  • The ability to engage multiple stakeholders and develop strong working relationships
  • The ability to work to and develop robust standards and KPIs
  • A desire to work within and promote a culture of customer service and continuous improvement
