Job Overview

The Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Accommodation Management Professional to join their esteemed Oxford College team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with potential for permanent status. This role involves overseeing the reservations and accommodations team, ensuring seamless management of bookings for Fellows, undergraduates, and postgraduates.

Responsibilities
  1. Maximise occupancy across all rooms throughout the year by effectively managing the accommodations team.
  2. Engage with booking platforms to optimise room availability.
  3. Liaise with students to accommodate requests and welfare requirements in a professional manner.
  4. Establish and maintain systems for collecting monies related to refunds, damages, and additional charges.
  5. Manage complaints efficiently and effectively.
  6. Collaborate closely with departments to provide exceptional service.
  7. Become an expert in the bespoke accommodations system (KX) and implement its effective rollout.
  8. Support departments in migrating to and training on new software to ensure optimal utilisation.
Requirements
  • Experience working with the KX system for accommodation allocation.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with ability to interact with individuals at various levels.
  • Familiarity with managing accommodation allocation in a busy higher education environment.
Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
