Role Overview
Oxford College seeks a Reservations and Accommodations Manager for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. This role involves managing the reservations and accommodations team, with direct reports. Key responsibilities include maximizing occupancy across all rooms, engaging with booking platforms, and liaising with students to accommodate requests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accommodations team to optimize room occupancy throughout the year.
  • Maximize bookings through engagement with various platforms.
  • Liaise with students to address their accommodation needs and welfare requirements.
  • Implement systems for refund collection, damages, and additional charges.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with departments to provide top-notch service.
  • Become an expert in the bespoke accommodations system (KX) and roll out to the business.
  • Support departments in migrating to and training on new software.
