Role Summary
Oxford College is a prestigious educational institution seeking a highly skilled Reservations and Accommodations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accommodations department, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and care.

About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and excellent communication abilities. They will be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and make informed decisions based on data analysis. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodations department* Oversee the reservations and accommodations team* Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and care* Supervise two direct reports* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services* Analyze data and develop reports to inform business decisions* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them* Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence within the team
