Bucks & Berks Recruitment PLC Careers is a dynamic and innovative company that provides financial technology solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced KYC Onboarding Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in AML/KYC regulations and compliance practices, as well as leadership/management experience. As a key member of our team, you will act as an escalation point for client queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement strategies to optimise the KYC onboarding workflow, achieving and maintaining a 48-hour client onboarding timeframe. We offer a competitive salary of £41,000 - £46,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

The role is office based 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday. You will also lead and manage a team of Associates, providing training, guidance, and motivation to ensure they meet performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Allocate tasks effectively, monitor team progress, and ensure the timely and high-quality completion of onboarding processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC regulations and internal compliance policies.
