The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at our Stratford store. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and promoting our brand and products to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
