Join Duval Associates Ltd as a Sales Consultant and embark on a rewarding career in sales. As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through consultative sales and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to promote a fast-paced sales journey.
  • Collaborate with dedicated Business Support Coordinators to ensure high team performance.
  • Lead from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings.
  • Work autonomously to structure your day for optimal performance.
  • Develop expertise in our products and services to ensure a solution-led approach to sales.
  • Engage and communicate professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.
  • Build effective relationships with existing customers through probing questioning and clarification.
  • Maintain and exceed the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Be accountable for performance at all levels.
  • Self-generate opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
Requirements:
  • Pro-active and self-motivated salespeople with a target-driven attitude.
  • 6-12 months sales experience as a minimum.
  • Outgoing personality with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.
  • A professional and intelligent approach to work.
  • Good business acumen, articulate, and able to self-manage.
  • Ambitious with the determination to succeed.
  • A self-starter who can work alone but also motivate and influence other teams when needed.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
