Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for helping businesses improve their employee wellbeing and mental health solutions? We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd in Manchester.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting senior leaders in organisations to introduce our wellbeing and mental health solutions. You will generate opportunities and set appointments for a live demonstration of our service. With a clear progression plan in place, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Closing deals and empowering companies to help and support their employees
  • To engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of Wellbeing Consultants to ensure high performance
  • Actively build, manage, and maintain your pipeline
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly appointment setting and revenue targets - with a desire to exceed KPIs daily

We offer a competitive salary starting at £25,000 with incredible bonuses and OTE - realistic £50/60K in year 1. You will also have the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Manager role with real potential to earn big.
