About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Richmond Villages. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents, ensuring a welcoming and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cater to residents' dietary needs and preferences, preparing and cooking food in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
- Be aware of residents', villagers', and Wellness Spa clients' dietary needs, responding to their comments and requests in respect of the menu.
- Prepare and serve meals on the hotplate, ensuring all food is used within the prescribed period.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our residents to dine in.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create and deliver an excellent dining experience at each meal.
Requirements:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced chef with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures. You will have a City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award or equivalent, and be open to new ideas and approaches to cooking. You will enjoy working with others, be organized, and have a calm demeanor during busy services.
