Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead a mature sales team in a well-established printing company in Essex. This is a hands-on opportunity within a supportive environment with an entrepreneurial culture.
The successful candidate will be a driven senior salesperson who can achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing the strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensuring a strong presence in the market.
The Sales Manager will actively manage the sales team, focusing on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance, and driving them to exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong business sense and a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate individual who is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the printing industry, with experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager.
