Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a talented Sales Manager to run a mature sales team. This is a hands-on opportunity within a company that provides a supportive environment with an entrepreneurial culture.
The ideal candidate will be a driven senior salesperson who can achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing the strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensuring a strong presence in the market.
The Sales Manager will also be responsible for actively managing the sales team, focusing on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance, and driving them to exceed sales goals.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally. A strong business sense and proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close are essential.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate individual who is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover. The ideal candidate will have successful experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager in a printing background and be able to offer invaluable advice to both staff and clients.
