About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth and hit sales targets
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, internally and externally, to ensure a cohesive and aligned sales strategy
- Drive the sales process from plan to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience
Requirements:

You will have a strong business sense and be able to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. You will also have a passion for the work you do and be eager to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve company turnover.
