Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Account Managers in East Anglia. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring your region consistently surpasses performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 6-8 Sales Account Managers, providing comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and dedicated mentorship.
- Actively engage in the sales process, consistently exceeding personal sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring your region consistently surpasses all performance objectives.
- Proven track record of sales success managing sales professionals in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience.
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- Experience in a formal sales process and a proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused sales leader who is passionate about exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvement.
- Confident of passing background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS Checks.
