Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our successful sales team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing market share in the East of England by selling directly to garages and workshops.

About the Role

This is a field-based role, requiring you to travel throughout the East of England. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales activities, including planning, implementing, and following up on sales leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage the sales process from trial period to sign-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on the company database.
  • Attend automotive industry events and trade shows to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Work effectively with the wider sales team, marketing, customer support, and order processing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a direct or field sales role, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools or automotive technology products is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable working on your own initiative and able to self-start.
  • Passion for sales and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
