The Service Desk Team Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the service desk team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality support to our clients.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Grow and develop the service desk team by providing training, mentorship, and fostering collaboration to meet team and business goals.
• Create and update service desk policies, processes, and procedures to optimize operations.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, which is competitive for the St Ives, Cambridgeshire location.
