Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clerical Coordinator to join our Endoscopy Service team in Portsmouth. As a critical member of our staff, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our department, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.

Key Tasks
  • Coordinate endoscopy schedules, aligning with Trust targets and national guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate patient data, performing regular validation checks.
  • Liaise with medical and nursing staff, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Essential Qualifications
  • Relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office, including email and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
