Job Summary

Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust invites applications for the position of Clerical Operations Coordinator within the Integrated Discharge Service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive clerical and administrative support network.

In this capacity, the Clerical Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Admin Team Leads and collaborate closely with the Integrated Discharge Service team to achieve shared goals. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, supervising the team, and collaborating with external partners.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive clerical and administrative support network
  2. Support the Admin Team Lead in supervising the team
  3. Collaborate with the Integrated Discharge Service team to achieve shared goals
  4. Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably within a healthcare setting, is essential.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
