Business Development Lead

Cleenol, a leading innovator and supplier of quality cleaning and hygiene products, is seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to drive business growth and lead the purchasing team in the UK. This role offers a clear path to commercial directorship for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy tackling industry challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- UK Sales: Collaborate with distributors to grow businesses and enhance profitability.
- Export Sales: Focus on international growth opportunities and develop relationships with international factories.
- Contract Manufacturing: Manage partnerships to produce products under other brands and identify key growth areas.
- Licensing: Develop relationships to license Cleenol formulations to international factories.
- Sales Management: Lead sales teams to excel and inspire them to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles.
- Familiarity with licensing and contract manufacturing agreements.
- Experience in working with international markets and export sales.
- Natural leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of team development.
- Financial acumen, including budget management and business analysis.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
