This role offers the opportunity to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker, providing essential support to individuals with autism and other related conditions.
Main responsibilities include participating in day-to-day implementation of individual support plans, maintaining effective communication with service users, families, and others, and supporting service users with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and laundry.
We seek candidates with relevant qualifications, experience in supporting adults with complex needs, and strong communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £11.94 per hour, based on a 37.5-hour week including weekends and potential sleep ins. Benefits include enhanced DBS check paid by the employer, stakeholder pension, share save scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
