Salary:

£23.36 per hour (based on 2 hours/week), estimated £11.68 per hour in total annually

Job Description:

This role requires a compassionate and understanding individual to provide one-to-one support to our son, Hugo, who has autism and ADHD. Responsibilities include assisting with daily life activities, providing personal care, and fostering an environment that promotes independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A patient and caring individual who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with children with ASD and ADHD is desirable, or a willingness to learn about neurodiversity
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the individual's needs
