About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enhanced Support Worker to join our team at FitzRoy, a national charity dedicated to supporting adults with complex needs. As an Enhanced Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering vulnerable individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support plans, promote independence, and enhance the quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Delivery: Provide sensitive and responsive support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their autonomy and well-being.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support delivery, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Safely support service users in managing risks associated with their daily activities, prioritising their safety and well-being.

  • Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus enhancements for weekend and overtime working.
