Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to grow our project business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Closure of deals through effective negotiation and consultative sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with our customer account managers, the specifications team, and other professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and maximum returns.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales to the construction industry, a strong understanding of consultative sales principles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, SMART Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, Healthcare Support, Employee Discount Platform, and Internal Recognition & Reward Schemes.
