We are rebuilding our National Trading Centre, led by a seasoned leadership team with over 20 years of insurance industry experience. This is an exciting time to join our team as we invest in new technology to support our people and businesses' growth.

Your key responsibilities will include building strong trading relationships with brokers through visits and case liaison to maximise financial results and generate new business opportunities. You will also shape your career through our transformation journey, investing in tailored development plans.

You will work smart, empowering our employees to balance their time between home and the office, with at least 40% of your week spent away from home visiting clients or attending industry events. You will be required to work at least one office day each week in Bolton.

The ideal candidate will possess strong trading capability, commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong broker relationships within a Commercial Fleet environment. You will also have strong analytical skills with proven experience of account monitoring and action planning, as well as a sound understanding of insurance market and processes across commercial lines insurance operations.

This position falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) regime, and the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.

The role offers a competitive annual salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experience, with benefits including an annual company and performance-based bonus, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, 25 days annual leave, and AXA employee discounts.
