We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with customers, develop relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer calls to understand their needs and preferences
  • Managing key accounts to build strong relationships and increase revenue
  • Handling customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Providing quotes to customers based on their requirements
  • Processing customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell products or services
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Supporting two sales representatives in their daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
