Business Development Representative

K3 Capital Group Plc, a leading provider of company sale services in the UK, is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team at our Bolton HQ.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can excel in this role by making outbound B2B calls, engaging with small business owners, building rapport, and discussing potential business sales. This includes utilizing our comprehensive in-house CRM system to work efficiently and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a background in sales, preferably B2B, but B2C experience is also valuable. A competitive salary package, including a bonus structure offering daily, weekly, and monthly incentives, will be provided.

The company offers 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and flexible working hours from 9:30am to 3pm on Fridays.
