Sales Development Representative

K3 Capital Group Plc is a leading provider of company sale services, offering expert guidance and advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK. We are currently looking to strengthen our Sales Team at our HQ in Bolton and are seeking an exceptional individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, building rapport with SME owners, and discussing whether they have considered selling their business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound B2B calls to SME owners, engaging with them, and discussing potential business opportunities
- Working closely with our CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and analyse results
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a first-class experience for clients
