Job Overview

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales and Marketing Representative to join our client's team in Bolton. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our sales efforts.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £21,000 (negotiable) + commission structure that can quadruple your earnings. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments for our field sales representatives, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for field sales representatives.
  • Qualify leads, gather essential information, and ensure optimal utilization of the sales team's time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate effective follow-up and maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment booking targets.
Requirements

  • Persuasive and persistent, with the ability to handle objections effectively.

  • Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Desirable Qualifications

Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales would be beneficial to the role.
