Warehouse Team Leader

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead their store teams in a management role. As a key member of the management team, you will work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure that the store drives stock in and out to generate sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, with strong organisational and leadership skills. They will be motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team, and thrive working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for creating a safe and productive working environment, reacting to fast-changing situations quickly and positively. Each day will be different in this varied and rewarding role, with a physically demanding yet fulfilling workload.
