Warehouse Supervisor Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s store teams. The ideal candidate will have experience as a team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure the store drives stock in and out to generate sales.
  • React to fast-changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe and productive working environment.
  • Manage stockroom operations, ensuring efficient stock management, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Lead a team, motivating and guiding them to achieve their full potential and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and stock management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused industry.
  • Proven stockroom management experience, with a focus on inventory control, stockroom organization, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in stock management systems, including inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
